Excisional Biopsy/Lumpectomy for FEA and Lump

Hi all!

I may be posting in the wrong category, so I apologize if that is the case. I would really like some advice from ladies who have had the "lumpectomy" side of the procedure more than the excisional biopsy.

I have a breast lump on the right side. CNB came back as benign but with Flat-Epithelial Atypia, which seems to be the "gray area" of breast tissue. BS has scheduled an excisional biopsy, but is actually calling it a lumpectomy because she needs to take out surrounding tissue "just in case".

Any tips, recovery stories, suggestions would be appreciated. I am 31 and kinda nervous, although I am told it is very unlikely to be anything cancerous. It's still surgery!
