Worried! Inflamed lymph node during chemo

I woke up this morning with noticed an inflamed lymph node under my armpit on my good side. I'm worried, it's about 8mm. I'm currently on pactaxel chemo dose dense. I haven't felt any lumps in the actual breast. Is it possible bc can spread from one breast to the other sides lymph nodes directly? Booked to see oncologist today
