Femara and urinary incontinence?

I am one month into Femara + Lupron injections (I'm 33). My side effects have been mild hot flashes and what I think might be urinary stress incontinence. Is this bizarre or what? It usually happens right after urination... a few mins later I feel like I'm uncontrollably leaking (just a tad). Never happened to me before in my life.WHY?!
