Hilar lymphadenopathy!!!!

Hello

Today my Mom had thorax ct because of dyspne. Thorax CT reported 2 cm hilar lymphadenopathy. What does this mean ?

Is it metastasis or inflammation? Do you have any like this? No pulmoner nodules but hilar lymphadenopathy.

We haven't met the Onc yet. I am so scared of metastasis.

I believe it is enlargement of the pulmonary lymph nodes.

It is diffucult to get biopsy from that region. So we keep on going chemo. We got 4 cycle neoadjuvant chemo but tumour is still same. It is fighting with us.

I asked onc for a New PETCT. Because last is months ago. He said not necessary.
