Small lump in scar line...ugh

Hello ladies,
My 6 month check up is Wednesday and am a bit concerned about a small lump in my scar line... Not going to lie..I have that bad gut feeling... What should I expect at my appointment when I reveal my concern. Part of me wants to ignore it....but I know I should not. Any advice?
