Treatment of Recurrence of triple negative cancer tumor

My daughter had surgery to remove a grade 1 tumor followed by a double mastectomy and chemo therapy. It's been 4 years and she's had a small recurrence, which has been successfully removed. She now faces follow up care and is deciding what to do. She tends to natural medicine, and could easily be taken in by false doctors telling her to swallow peach pits for 100% effectiveness, if you know what I mean. Is anyone out there in her situation who can help with their treatment choices and stories.
