Twitching in pec musle afer MX w/ implant?

Not sure where this goes, so if it needs moving mods, that's OK.

Anyway, had BMX July 2014 and implant exchange in Dec 2014. Recently, on my left (non-cancer) side I have a spot in the pec muscle about the size of a silver dollar that spasms/twitches. It's not jumpy like your eye muscles does, it's more like a rippled wave, kinda like when you get cold chills but just that small spot. Happens at least once a day but randomly, so i dont; think it's something I'm doing or encountering that is causing it.

Anyone had anything like that? Is that the breast animation people talk about? It happens so quickly taht I don't know if you cna see it or not.
