sharp pulling pain

Diagnosed with LCIS and on tamoxifen. Ive noticed after eating spicy foods I"ve experience sharp pulling pain in my nipple, has anyone else had this and what can I do to relieve the pain?

    Was your LCIS in the nipple area? Do you think that the pain could be related?  If the pain is really bad then I would make an appointment to see your doctor.  I have no idea why you would be having the pain.  Good luck.
