How to increase WBC naturally?

From what I've been reading on this forum most of you are using neulasta. Is there a way to increase the white bloodcells count naturally? As you guess, I'm, afraid to get the injection.

    Hi, this is not so much a boost but a way to maintain your counts. I fasted 72 hours/3 days before each chemo. You can google it and find clinical evidence on the work of Dr. Vaulter Longo. This makes the chemo more effective and avoids some nasty SEs. Hair still goes but I was never nauseous and never needed a neulestra shot bec fasting keeps the red and white blood cell counts up. Therefore I did not experience fatigue. Hope this helps! Hug

    Hi MoreShoes, you didn't mention what chemo you plan to have. Neulasta is usually given with dose dense protocols and may not be required with slightly different protocols. Maybe you can talk to your MO and ask whether another chemo protocol that does not require Neulasta might be appropriate for you?
