lumpectomy reconstruction: what type and when

Hello.

I had a lumpectomy last week, and I've gotten conflicting advice from plastic surgeons. One wants to do implants after radiation; another wants to do a lat flap before radiation. Any advice or thoughts on this? Thank you.
