Bras not fitting

I had my surgery in September 2010 and have had random scares that always turned out to be fine but this one really has me concerned. About three weeks ago I started noticing my bras were not fitting right. Very uncomfortable on the side that I had my tumor. The bras are pretty old and I've gained some weight so I went out and bought new ones, but I'm still uncomfortable. I have an appointment with my onco in a couple weeks. Should I move up my appointment and get and try to get a mammo and MRI immediately?
