Hi hearmeroar. Liver metastasis has some symptoms specific and non-specific. Some with liver disease have them all some have none. I'll list them and if you have one or more, I'd ask for a blood test to check your liver enzymes. Bloating, diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, weight loss, pain in the shoulder, pain in between your shoulder blades, loss of appetite, a yellow tinge to the whites of your eyes, if advanced, yellowing skin, floating stools, dark stools, very pale stools, change in urine color, loss of appetite and/or food and drink tasting "off", abdominal pain. I know many say that if it lasts more than two weeks to have it checked. I personally disagree with that time frame. Every symptom I've had comes and goes so...... These are only the symptoms I know about, there might be more. Maybe others with liver mets will come along and add theirs. If you just want to get it out of your mind, at the very least, get that quick blood test to check your liver numbers. I truly hope it turns out to be nothing, but better safe than sorry, especially with a breast cancer history. I'm sure your doctor would oblige.

thanks lady ! Yup been doing a lot of research. Have had two bouts of extreme fullness after meals over the last month and all week now a heavy bloating tha makes me feel full all the time. Just got off treadmill and that makes me feel better for a while. Some of it I think is panic attack symptoms on top of other symptoms!

Get it checked k? Sometimes meds and stuff can screw up our livers for a bit, but you sound otherwise healthy if you're doing your thing on a treadmill. Don't want to worry about you!

Hi, I'm sorry you're worried. Just wanted to tell you that other thing's can cause fullness/bloating. I have IBS and it can cause similar symptoms. I've had IBS all my life and ever since I finished chemo and treatment for C Diff it's gotten worse. Last summer I was filling full a lot even after small meals but my doc wasn't concerned. Then in February I started having stitch type pains in my abdomen, mostly on the left. I had ultrasounds and a CT scan and all they showed was a small uterine fibroid. My GI doc who ordered the CT told me IBS can cause some of the symptoms leggo listed, such as bloating, diarrhea and even nausea. Female issues can cause some of these too. I'm just saying don't panic just yet but do get it checked out. HUGS

thanks that helps

Gallstones can cause pain in the liver area. Don't self-diagnose; get an appointment for an exam and a follow-up ultrasound so you don't have to suffer the anxiety of wondering what is going on. More hugs.
