Pain five years after reconstruction

I had prophylactic mastectomy Nov 2010, exchange to silicone implants April 2011. Never had a problem. All of a sudden (and no I didn't do any heavy lifting or anything remotely like exercise because of back issue) I have this pain sort of at the bottom of my left implant. It almost feels like something is tearing under the skin. I'm wondering if they stitch the implant to the muscle or something and that has torn? I crack my back alot, flexing back with my shoulders to make my back pop to relieve the pain. When I do that I have this tearing feeling/sensation. It only lasts while I do that or if I twist too hard to the left. It seems like a long time after for something to suddenly appear. There's no bruising or anything and I can't "see" anything (I'm sort of scrawny so you can see my ribs between the implants and there's no lump or anything there. Any ideas? Thanks!

And yes, I know I could stop flexing my back and I wouldn't have the pain in my implant. But I'd have the pain in my back because the popping my back is what relieves it. I've had back issues for 15 years and have tried everything.

My wife has been experiencing the same issue. When she bends over she gets a pulling/tearing feeling at the bottom of the left implant. She had her reconstruction about 7 years ago. If its still bothering her in a week or so plan is to see the plastic surgeon or her oncologist.
