scar tissue and folds

I have some folds in my implants and some hard ridges in one. The surgeon said it wasscar tissue. Can the folds be fixed? I hate the thought of another surgery.

Mine are indented along the scar line and seems to be getting more indented. My PS said fat grafting could improve it. I'm not planning to do anything.
