hard places in silicone breasts

I have silicone filled implants from my bilateral mastectomy last October. I didn't need chemo or radiation. I have noticed some hard places in the one that had the cancer and both of them have like dents in them. The surgeon said she thought they were scar tissue(the hard places). my blood levels have been good and the oncologist wasn't worried. any input? I still am not used to the implants how they feel. how long does it take to get used to them? I didn't do the nipples. Ifelt likeI had enough surgeries.
