Implants for large chested women

I have a broad Chest as My PS likes to remind me all the time. I am a 42 DD and I would like to have a fuller projection Allergan implant ( that is what my Ps does the gummy bear kind 410) I don't mind if I am a D I just don't want this flattish chest. My expanders were 600CC


Has anyone else had a larger Chest with these implants and been happy with the results. Please share if you have and any and all advice is appreciated. I have my pre-surgery consult in two days.

    I have a good friend with a larger chest and she elected saline 800cc implants overfilled to 960 - the max overfill capacity. She got more projection than she would have with cohesive gel silicone implants at 800ccs.

    I had a double masectomy in october and I now have the spacers. I feel like I have two boulders right now and I m looking forward to the 'gummies' - can't be any worse. Good luck! Fight on!
