I don't know if I'm posting in the correct forum, but are there any recommendations for good front-closure support bras to wear following lumpectomy surgery?

I did a lot of research/looking and finally decided on a Champion zip-front closure. It has two hook/eyes and has been great. I have iced continually since surgery and it has been pretty easy to place the ice/gel pack under it. Good luck - there are many bras out there, but you need one that will fit well and give you good support. I did look on Amazon at all the options before I made my choice.

My surgeon had me wear a breast binder. Very comfortable. And tight enough that I could have tapeless dressings after my lumpectomy and while I was having twice a day rads.

Check with your surgeon's nurse and find out what s/he prefers. You'll presumable wake up wearing whatever they want you to have. You'll want at least one more of whatever it is, so that you can launder...
