Pain from implant with no explanation

Hi all, I have been on since 2009. I had my right breast removed with te expander then implant five months later somehow always in constant pain. Have had two capsular contractures, scar tissue issues etc. In Sept. 14 I had LD flap, then the pocket opened and I had pocket fixed in Dec. 14. I have been to pain management, had botox injected into sore area. One area is bothered along the underarm bra line. I have many many bras.

Last week I had an MRI which showed absolutely nothing. I saw PS this morning. He said there is nothing left to do. He knows I do not want to lose my breast. My left side I had a mastopexy which left keloids but cleared up very well. Did anyone take out "their implant" for a "rest" to determine if the implant is the problem. He would leave the hanging skin. He told me to go home to think about it. I had a second opinion about two years ago for a diep who said I would not be a candidate. My PS said certainly you can go for another opinion now. I know he is fully frustrated with the situation and I am at my wit's end. He says I am too emotional and fixated. I do not live the life I did, I am restricted with my life even with past physical therapy of the lympadema clinic.

So the question is has anyone removed an Implant for a time to see if it is giving the pain but replace it in three months. . I thank you all. Hoping to receive an answer. I have been on many sites throughout the years and did not want to come back, and I thank you all so much.
