Freak out or no?

So, I just got a call from my primary care doc. Apparently the PAP I had a couple of weeks ago has come back with abnormal cells both on my cervix and in my uterus. I started Tamoxifen in September. I am seriously close to losing my mind. Anybody else had to deal with this? How did it turn out for you?
