Anyone had Nipple Delay Surgery?

Hi,

I went for a 2nd opinion yesterday. BS discussed my treatment options. My small A breasts hang low. He was saying if did Lumpectomy he would do a lift on both & move nipple to be more centered. Said if did BMX then he have me go in before to do this nipple delay surgery since doing nipple sparing. Same as Angelina Jolie had done. I just never heard of this & seems uncommon. 1st place I was going to never mentioned this. 1st PS said my breasts did hang low & that they would remain that way with implants. So now new guy saying move them.

At this point I very overwhelmed! Been 2 months since DX. I right away was leaning BMX now after yesterday wondering if it too harsh. I dont know what to do or what Dr to choose.

2nd Dr yesterday said the nipple delay would be a prep for BMX as wouldnt be as much shock & helps with blood circulation. I dont know whether to try the Lumpectomy first with this procedure as well and have the open mind I will end up doing BMX or do BMX straight up.

They saw a 2nd area on my MRI & not sure if it a small invasion or from my biopsy like inflammation. It didnt show on my 3D mammo with 1st area. So until go in & get Pathology report wont know. That is what is hard with my decision! Otherwise they said I straight up DCIS Stage 0.
