Pain at Sentinel Node Scar site

In addition to cording, I have a lot of pain at my sentinel node scar site and in that general area-especially when I press on it to try to massage it(as my p.t. recommended). I had two lymph nodes removed-both negative thankfully. Has anyone else experienced this pain and does it go away? I had my bilateral mastectomy in June and implant exchange at end of September. I think some of this is the cording but some is separate pain. I see breast surgeon next month, but so far none of my doctors are taking this seriously or offering advice. Just want to feel like myself again! Thank you very much.
