Nanoparticle Therapy?

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with nanoparticle chemotherapy such as Doxil? I have heard that these types of therapy can yield less severe side effects than normal chemotherapy. I am asking on behalf of my friend, who was recently diagnosed. With her insurance, Doxil unfortunately costs much more than doxorubicin and she was wondering whether this type of therapy would be worth the money.
