tired and achy.

Hi. OK so I feel like I don't want to get out of bed. I am achy and tired. Should I be on the couch or trying to walk this off? I have had 3 chemos, last one this past Monday, last rad was also Monday. Chemo is ambraxine?? Supposed to be mild. Last time I had taxotere and the effects were nothing compared to this. My skin is very dry especially around my eyes and lips. I am very uncomfortable and doing know what to do or take to relieve the pain. O and sex? Forget about it, it so sore. Anyhow have any remedies for anything. Please

Have you tried coconut oil as a moisturizer? I used it all over during chemo and it sure helped! Maybe it would help your skin too?
