red puffy face and dry skin

Ugh. My face is like sandpaper, below my eyes is red and puffy. I dont want to leave my house. Anyone have any tips. Also my mouth is just a mess. I got some biotine. I just stopped rads last Mon. I thought I would start to feel better by now. Help...

you poor thing can you call the radiation oncologist on call or your medical oncologist.
