Ki67 is a protein given off from a tumor that measures how rapidly it is replicating.  Anything less than 10 is considered low, 10-20 is borderline, above 20 is considered high.  An 8% result would indicate a low result and a less aggressive mass.  A 2+ Her2 result means that whatever testing method used has given an equivocal result, and a second test may be needed to determine Her2 status.  It is not positive enough to be considered positive, and not close enough to zero to be considered negative.  Whether or not you have a re-test may be determined by whether a positive result would mean a change in treatment decisions - it the case of a microinvasion, likely it would not.

Yes, it is possible - but also pretty unusual.  Do you have a grade on the microinvasive component of your surgically excised mass? Also, it is not unusual for DCIS to be Her2+ (at 3+) but it does not currently have an effect on treatment decisions.  It would be important to differentiate between whether it is the DCIS portion or the microinvasive portion that is being tested for Her2 status - but even if it is the micro portion, it is unlikely to change treatment decisions per current guidelines.
