Air purifiers for cig smoke?

Since there is no misc forum, thought this kind of has to do with health and fitness. In a way? I have a problem with a smoker downstairs. In my apt complex you can smoke in your house and patio only. So this guy smokes it up and it seeps in here despite my best efforts. I have the Whispure 510 which is a great product but have yet to find something non-industrial that actually kills nasty cig smoke. If anyone has one or knows of one, please let me know.
