Alternatives to Fat Grafting

Hi all, you can see my bio and so know that I've had bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction using gummy implants. I opted to not have any fat grafting for a few reasons....mostly because I did not want the potential risk of developing new lumps. Been there done that; I did not want to go through worrisome testing. Well I have new "foobs" that are a good size but have indentation, wrinkles and other imperfections. I'm still apprehensive about fat grafting and so am investigating alternatives. "Fillers " are approved in Europe but not here in U.S. Any info is appreciated 😕

    I know its been a couple of years since this post but you sound like me, 2 years late. I am scheduled to get my "foobs" on Dec 14th with gummy implants and my PS wants to do fat grafting which I'm super hesitant about. Would you mind telling me what you ended up doing? You were looking into Fillers at the time? THank you so much!
