PULMONARY EMBOLISM

I'M ON dalteparin daily injections since july, I got PE during chemo. I would like to use some supplements, like curcumin, chlorella, omega3 etc. But all of them seemed to interfere with anticoagulant. Please if you have any experience with PE and supplements help. How long I have to take this injections for? How they decide on that? Thank you.
