radiation 13 years after TRAM flap reconstruction

Has anyone had experience with radiation to the breast with TRAM flap reconstruction. I had R breast mastectomy 13 years ago with TRAM reconstruction (hormone positive, Her2 negative, lymph nodes negative). 3 weeks ago diagnosed with recurrence in same breast with lump just under the skin. PET scan was negative, had biopsy with clean margins. Tumor is hormone positive and Her2 negative like last time. The recommendation is 5-7 weeks of radiation. Has any one had experience with what radiation does to the flap reconstruction? Should I be prepared to possibly need more reconstruction?

I had radiation to my hip flap and while it is different a little tighter it still looks good.
