Silicon implant leaking.

I am 64 years old and I have just been thru treatment for lung cancer and bone cancer. I survived breast cancer in 2006 and had a silicon implant. Now I find out that all though the lung and bone cancer seem under control in testing found a leaky breast implant. Anyway I want to know if I can have breast reconstruction instead of another implant. The stomach reduction would benefit my bad back. I am in good enough health to take the surgery. I feel like I,m blessed to have treatment work so well on the cancer that I have now. What do you all think?
