Anyone have fat grafting to improve MX scar?

Hi, am mostly happy with my implant, size and shape. I mentioned in previous postings that I had my Mentor Anatomic silicone implant, 420cc, put over my pectoral muscle and that I am considerably more comfortable with it that way. I am going for nipple reconstruction on Dec 3rd. The scar is too wide to be completely covered by an areola tattoo. Underneath the scar is slightly indented so that it is impossible to camouflage the scar. What happened is my grafted fat was cut through twice, first for the TE surgery, and then my implant surgery. So I hate the indents making the scar more visible, perhaps it is not extremely visible to another person, but it really bothers me. So, I plan to ask my PS to do a little bit of fat grafting into the indented scar area along with making me a nipple when I see him Thurs for the preOP visit. He had originally said he would just do a scar revision, but I don't think he realized about the area of indent underneath the scar. It is worse on the side that would be in the area from the outside edge of my areola to be would go toward my armpit, about an inch plus.

So has anyone had fat grafting to improve a scar over an implant?
