I asked my pain Physcian to investigate what could be done to help all of my painful foot, leg, hand and diaphragm cramps and muscle spasms. They were are so frequent I was miserable. Had one on the exam table in my back, so she saw what I was talking about.


She then asked me if we had tried Leg Cramps. I thought she had lost her mind. Then she told me to try a OTC named Leg Cramps. It was sold in the pharmacy there at the hospital. I purchased it but really didn't expect it to work.....thought it must be voodo.


I haven't had a cramp since starting it on Wednesday.i hope it isn't placebo effect. It has been a miracle for me. I feel better then I have in over a year.i looked before posting and is on Amazon. It is a homeopathic remedy.
I tried to post a picture of ingredients but couldn't figure out how.
Just putting this out there for information for others. Brenda
