My surgery to remove my breasts was July 2014, after 5 months of expanders, i got my permanent implants in December 2014. I avoided the gym until 4 weeks ago. I was told by my plastic surgeon i could resume normal excercise a few weeks after surgey. I decided to wait. Now, it seems my implants have shifted and i have a "bubble" or swelling, above the scar on my left breast. I had felt some pulling a few weeks ago and lightened up on the chest type excercises. Does anyone know what i may have done? Is it possible for the implants to move or drop? I have an appointment with my breast surgeon next week but I am a little freaked at the moment.

Just hang on until you talk to the surgeon. Be sure to explain what you are doing. I have found my doctors don't believe me about the weightlifting until I tell them I have a world record. (full disclosure - not *actually* that impressive as there are few 55-60 yr old female powerlifters, lol! but I never tell them that part). I deadlift, squat, and bench without any problems.

It may be something happened to you and it's probably something they've seen before and something they have loads of practice correcting.
