Anyone with initial negative biopsy but was cancer?

I have another post in this topic about some inconsistencies with a core biopsy I had last week of a 29mm by 4mm by 27mm complex solid mass with indistinct margins. The results came back benign but I'm pursuing a 2nd opinion due to new symptoms and inconsistencies in reports.

It's made me curious of others who had a false negative biopsy initially but then turned out to be cancer. Would you be so kind as to share your experience and what lead to the false negative and then your diagnosis of cancer? What kind of biopsy did you have? We're 2nd opinions obtained on your own intuition or feelings of not be totally reassured it was negative, or on the advice of physicians who weren't fully satisfied, or both? Any other details are so appreciated. I'm just not fully reassured with my results and curious how to go about this and what others have experienced. THANK YOU KINDLY.
