give it some time..

Dr. Sacchini did my bmx in September. I liked him personally and thought he did a good job from an aesthetic standpoint. He's not someone with a whole lot of time for hand holding: if you have questions, write them down beforehand and stay very focused. But he's a sweet guy and obviously cares a great deal for his patients.
PM me if you want more details about the whole Sloan-Kettering experience.
Good luck!

I had my surgeries with Dr. Van Zee at MSKCC. She was wonderful. Very thorough and at the same time, very warm and kind. I did lumpectomies, not mastectomy. You can PM me also. -
I just saw Dr. Cody last week. He was great. He made me feel comfortable. I used him for a second opinion if i wasn't already happy with the Dr. I am using closer to home I would have def stayed with him. All of his staff was great also.

I heard she was amazing. But she was busy until December 3rd. You were so blessed to see her.
I used a doctor at NYC because I they won't let you see another doctor at MSK after the first one. And I was not comfortable with Dr. Sacchini.

OH, I blew it. I only had a few hours to decide and went to Dr. Sachinni instead of Cody and I did not like Sachinni and did not use Sloan for surgery. I wish I had seen this sooner. God Bless.

How are you feeling?
-
I did not like Dr. Sacchini. He wanted to do a mastectomy right off bat. Didn't even want me to get a biopsy - that was benign from second lump. Now I am confused. Used a doctor at NYU but I am still not feeling so great after surgery and it's been 3 and half weeks from one lump removal from each breast and two or three lymph node removal on right side. Sentinel node.

Who did you use at NYU? I was going to suggest either Amber Guth or Fraiya Schnabel. Both excellent .

dr Sheldon Feldman at Columbia
