MRI , age degenerate stuff, incedental finding of Tarlov cyst

Was hoping to find someone who has same diagnosis. Spine specialist says he can find anything that would cause the pain I have. But prescribes pain meds. The refers me to a neurosurgeon . I find out through his secretary. It is to reassure me incidental. Tarlov cyst is nothing. Well I found out it is something and . Through. Researching found groups , organizations, research. But the theme that was in everything is that not many Doctors know of this . My shadow. Fear is it that or metastizis How can they tell . So I'm hoping someone here has had same thing

My signature needs help . I'm stage 3b. Grade 3 Idc. IBC. Hers 2+ Er/ pr - ac chemo taxetere with hercepton twice then one perjeta . Terrible reaction to taxetere and had to stop all chemo because a/ c. Chemo damaged my heart. Now just on lump, bump, pain, . The shadow.

So no reconstruction yet. But no implants for me just a smooth mound . Tummy tuck is worth the pain (I think).

I too have a Tarlov cyst, but the doctor told me nothing about it. It was found on an MRI for other back problems, but no one seemed to know anything about this. And I never questioned the doctor (I don't think). This was many years ago, 15+. I had looked it up and found that if you didn't have any symptoms, it was ok. So throughout the years, I didn't pay much attention to it. Is there cause for concern that I am not aware of? Thanks
