Please hel -Stomach cramps and diarrhoea post radiotherapy

Please can someone help me. I had radiotherapy a couple of weeks ago for bony mets and have now developed awful stomach cramps and diarrhoea, doctors say it's due to the radiotherapy but is there anything I can do to ease it, or any food that won't irritate it? It's agony and I'm at my wits end so any help gratefully received.
