Redo Nipple Reconstruction for PROJECTION?

Has anyone had their nipple reconstruction done a second time to improve long term projection? Mine were done in 2011 and are basically flat. Any recommendations for doctors who specialize in achieving long term projection? I know it is hard to do. I haven't been able to find much specifically about nipples online. Thanks!
