lymphedema in foot?

Hi there, I have a question maybe you can answer. My back was bugging me so I took a bath last night, first time after Mastectomy 5 weeks ago. The bath really helped my back, but I noticed my left foot was swollen coming out of the bath.
I had a sentinel node biopsy 0/3 but it seems weird that my foot would swell. Everything I've read said I should watch my upper body for lymphedema.
Am I just "lucky" (again :-P)? Any related information or experiences to share would be so appreciated!
