    I forgot to mention, the first time I told everyone about it. Even started filminfta documentary about chemotherapy when I was going for treatment.

    This time I'm keeping quiet. I too don't want people feeling sorry for me, also I find that the first time I got asked a lot of questions ( I'm not a onc) every person is different.

    I just told m family and 1 good friend.

    Oh btw I'm up because I had taxol today. 😳

    Question , do cold caps really work. I live in montreal Canada and I haven't seen or heard of anyone who tried them.

    I'm glad I found this thread its a big positive place!:))))

    Huge hugs to you butterfly!!! Sorry I had not been on the boards for a few weeks. How is your treatment going?? I hope you are tolerating it well. So sorry you are having to go through chemo.

    I ended up having a double mastectomy with immediate DIEP recon on 12/16. Quite the surgery it well worth it. I'm back to work now, starting to exercise and getting used to the new me

    Best of luck with your treatment. Do you have to also have surgery list come??
