anyone using it? Gyn is recommending--waiting to hear from onc. Have had lots of dryness, did pelvic floor therapy- still having issues... on the fence- but gyn thinks it will really help

    Using 10 mcg tablet twice a week for 2 years now, with proactive encouragement of BS and concurring support of both my MO and Primary MD. Only complaint is cost: $21 per tablet. BS feels possible/probable urinary tract and vaginal mucosa problems due to arimidex are greater threat than the minute amount of estrogen applied locally. Vagifem doesn't enter blood system.

    I use it and was approved by my Oncologist and GYN. It's made a world of difference. Can now have sex without pain. A good thing for me and my hubby.
