Lymphedema, and caring for grandchildren?

We currently have 3 very active grandchildren at the preschool age. I baby sit from time to time, and have noticed since my LE got worse I couldn't keep them as often. My arm, and breast ached really badly by days end, and since they usually spent the night, the following morning my arm was tired. I can tell when I over do it, because when I wake up my arm is tired and heavy. If I don't over do it, my arm, and breast feels pretty normal when I wake up. Our son and daughter in law are trying to start a family, and I would like to participate in childcare, especially while the wee one is an infant. It would be during the day, so I'd be able to rest in the evening. I guess I am asking what others have experienced with LE and taking care of small children.
