Post stage 2 thigh flap

Hello everyone ! It's been 3 mo since my 2nd recon after a nipple sparing Bmx with immediate thigh flap. Now I'm having a discharge from the breasts that had the DCIS. MRI was suspicious. Anyone with similar experience?
