Starting Tamoxifen and nervous

hello everyone, I'm a 35 year old mom of 3 boys and recently diagnosed with microinvasive breast cancer estrogen positive. I've had 2 lumpectomies in the past month and a Sentinel node biopsy. Still healing. Thankfully I do not need radiation but I'm starting tamoxifen today. After reading some of the risks I'm concerned. I know everyone is so different in how they react to medication but what are some of the most common symptoms others have experienced while taking this? Would love to get feedback and encouragement!
