new lymph nodes while on taxol

Hi all

I have just completed dd ac and have had 1 dd taxol. The AC worked a gem and seemed to really shrink the tumor and the palpable lymph node I had however I now can feel 2 new lumps which are highly likely to be in a sentinel and axillary lymph node. I am petrified and don't know what to do. Had a reaction from the taxol (bad rash etc) and the primary lump seems stable still...is there any chance these nodes do not have cancer? I think I know that they do..should I push for immediate surgery.. ..I am just very very scared as I am neoadjuvant so figure the longer this is in me the more likely it will metastasize. If anyone has anything g that may ease my mind please help. Thanks.
