Is anyone else's immune system really low?

A fall cold has turned into pneumonia. I never got sick before but it seems that I catch everything now no matter how well I sleep or eat. Just frustrating. I am also sure my work is not impressed. This time I am really wonked out with a cough from hell and I'm exhausted. Does anyone else feel like their immune system is low

all of a sudden I have an autoimmune disorder. I think it's from anti estrogen medicine.
