ADH and ALH and radial scar

I just got the path results from a core biopsy. I found out that I have ALH and a radial scar in addition to the ADH that I already knew about. The doctor wants me to have a "biopsy/lumpectomy" to see if there's anything else going on in the area that wasn't picked up by the core biopsy. Does anyone know if having all three conditions is more concerning than just having one? I'm not finding much on Google about the significance of multiple benign, but potentially problematic, issues.

as far as I have read, the same amount of risk is conferred, whether you have all 3 conditions, or just 1; (the risks are not added onto each other.) An excisional biopsy (lumpectomy---the terms are often used interchangeably) is a good idea to make sure nothing more serious is in there along with the ADH, ALH, or radial scar. Hoping you get good results soon.
