Extreme bloating following DIEP

Had my DIEP on 10/6. Absolutely thrilled with results. Skin tight on abdomen (normal). Yesterday bloating started. Abdominal skin super tight. Uncomfortable to stand or lie down. Feels better sitting or bending over. Anyone else have this issue?
