just got the results

Hello everyone,my mother was diagosed with invasive ductal carcionoma on 09.17.2015.we just got the receptors and the results were Er++,PR+ and HER2 1+,Ki67 75%.She has axcilarry lymph nodes and a mass of 3,5 cm node on the right breast.She is 68 years old.I never heard of this community until I realised my mom has cancer.I think this is so supportive not only for the persons affected but also for the persons of family such as me.What to do next? surgery or chemio.I have been reading so much on survival rates and relapses that right now I am blocked.
