Swollen Lymph Node?

I am almost 11 months from my original diagnosis of IBC on the left side. I had approx 6 months of chemo followed by unilateral modified radical mastectomy and removal of 15 lymph nodes and then 28 rounds of radiation. I am feeling what may be a swollen lymph node under my right armpit (non cancer side). What I am feeling is slightly smaller than a golf ball, hard, unmoveable and does not hurt. I am trying not to freak out and am wondering if it is muscle of something that has always been there. Of course, at this point everything freaks me out. I guess I will call my MO tomorrow, but I am looking for any wisdom.

lymph nodes can swell for things as simple as an ingrown hair.... But..... It always warrants a call to MO to get it checked. Keep us posted. Sorry you are dealing with this

Good news from my MO. What I am feeling is part of my muscle and not a swollen lymph node. Now I can exhale for a while. Thanks for the good thoughts!
